Care instructions
Always remove the battery before washing. Never wash, soak or submerge the battery, and keep it and the charging cable away from water.
- Unclip and remove the battery from both socks before washing.
- Turn the socks inside out and hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent. Skip fabric softener.
- Don't wring or twist, as this can damage the heating element. Gently squeeze out the water.
- Reshape and dry flat, away from radiators and direct heat.
- Make sure the socks are completely dry before you reconnect the battery or switch the heat on.

- Pack the items securely, include your Return Authorisation Number and send your parcel using the instructions provided. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.
Please don't send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without a Return Authorisation Number may be delayed or can't be processed. Requests sent at the weekend or on a bank holiday are handled on the next business day.
