At just 10W, it costs less than 1p an hour to run, a fraction of the cost of heating a whole room. The double-sided fabric has a textured knit outside and a soft plush lining inside, so it looks smart enough for the office and feels cosy enough for nights in.
At 150 x 80cm, it folds down small for travel, work or storage, and the blanket is washable once you remove the controller. Safety: Always unplug and remove the controller before washing, and never use it while it's wet. Don't fold or crumple the blanket while it's heated, and don't leave it switched on while you sleep. Not suitable for babies or young children, or for anyone who can't feel heat properly or switch it off themselves, without supervision.

Always unplug and remove the controller before washing. Never wash, soak or submerge the controller or USB cable, and keep them away from water.
- Unplug the blanket and disconnect the controller at the hidden USB connection.
- Hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent, or use a gentle 30°C cycle in a laundry bag. Skip fabric softener.
- Don't wring or twist, as this can damage the heating element. Gently squeeze out the water.
- Dry flat or line dry, away from radiators and direct heat.
- Make sure the blanket is completely dry before you reconnect the controller or switch the heat on.

How to start a return
- Email support@victoriacarlton-london.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the items you want to return and the reason.
- Our customer support team will reply within 24 hours on business days. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a Return Authorisation Number and step-by-step return instructions, including the address to send your parcel to.
- Pack the items securely, include your Return Authorisation Number and send your parcel using the instructions provided. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.
Please don't send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without a Return Authorisation Number may be delayed or can't be processed. Requests sent at the weekend or on a bank holiday are handled on the next business day.
